Graduate School Enrolment Procedure

OLD STUDENT

Step
1. Confirm subjects to be taken from the Dean Office.

2. Claim Official Registration Form from the Registrar Office.

3. Go to Finance Office for Assessment and Payment.

4. Claim Class Cards from the Registrar Office.

5. Renew/Validate School ID at the Student Affairs Office.

RETURNEE STUDENT

Step
1. Confirm subject to be taken from the Dean Office.

2. Claim Official Registration Form from the Registrar Office.

3. Go to Finance Office for Assessment and Payment.

4. Claim Class cards from the Registrar Office.

5. Renew/Validate School ID at the Student Affairs Office.


NEW AND TRANSFEREE

Step
1. Go to the Dean Office for the preliminary interview.

2. Pay Testing Fee and take diagnostic test at the Guidance   Center.

(For MA, MBA and MPA students only)

3. Go to the Dean Office to confirm subjects to be taken.

4. Get student ID Number and Official Registration Form from the Registrar

Office.

5. Go to Finance Office for Assessment and Payment.

6. Claim Class Cards from the Registrar Office.

7. Apply for Identification Card from the Registrar Office and for validation from Student Affairs Office.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION

1. Transfer Credential from the last School attended with Transcript of Records (Original)

2. Birth Certificate Authenticated by NSO (photocopy)

3. Marriage Contract (Female, if married)(photocopy)

4. Honorable Dismissal for Transferees.

5. Result of Graduate Admission Test from the University Guidance Office

6. 2 pcs. Long brown envelope

7. 2 pcs. Colored 2x2 picture

8. Student Handbook
